Scythe Releases Scythe Mugen 3 CPU Cooler With Six Heatpipes

Scythe today Release the third-generation Mugen CPU cooler Scythe Mugen 3 which, like its predecessors, targets mainstream users, overclockers and enthusiasts.

While optimizing the performance the whole heatsink design of Scythe Mugen 3 CPU Cooler was re-worked which resulted in creation the improved fin-structure M.A.P.S. (Multiple Airflow Pass-Through Structure). Enhancements were achieved by reducing the aerodynamic resistance as well as improving of the overall heatsink stability. Furthermore Scythe Mugen 3 is equipped with total of six high-quality copper-heatpipes where the predecessor had only five. Typical for Scythe is the excellently processed and flat surface of the copper base which was refined by a thin nickel layer to prevent corrosion.

The Scythe Mugen 3 measures 130 x 100 x 158 mm, it weights 825 grams, and features a nickel-plated copper base, six copper heatpipes, an array of aluminum fins, and a 120mm Slip Stream PWM fan which operates at 300 to 1600 RPM (9.60 to 32.15 dBA sound output).

Scythe Mugen 3 supports Intel LGA775/1155/1156/1366 and AMD AM2/AM2+/AM3 processors and costs €35.90 (VAT not included).

HTC Eternity Windows Phone Leaked, 1.5GHz Processor

A device known as the HTC Eternity has leaked. It’s reported to be the first HTC Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango) handset and it features a 1.5GHz Qualcomm processor and gigantic 4.7-inch AMOLED display among other things.

HTC Eternity measures 130.6 x 70.63 x 9.9 mm, it weights just under 170 grams, and features an unibody chassis, HSDPA 14.4 Mbps support, a 4.7-inch (800 x 480 only) Super LCD touchscreen, a 1.5 GHz Qualcomm processor, 16GB of eMCC storage, 512MB of RAM, a rear-facing 8 megapixel camera with dual-LED flash for 720p video recording, and a 1.3 megapixel front camera.

HTC Eternity smartphone also boasts 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS, a G-sensor, an FM radio, dual microphones, an an 1,650 mAh battery. HTC Eternity runs Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango) and is expected to debut this autumn.
